Meet our creative team

Jessica Payne

Oversees the day-to-day running's and accounts. With a Degree in Design, Jessica also focuses on communicating the business’ theme and image through digital, electronic and print media. Designing logos, brochures, signs, and web site graphics as well as coming up with exciting concepts and branding for the restaurants. 

Bronwyn Payne

A Creative Marketing and Public Relations specialist with a degree in Media and PR, Bronwyn's strengths are marketing, digital and advertising strategy, increasing conversations and strengthening the business’ brand both online and locally. 


John Payne

A builder and Interior Design Expert – who’s focus is on creating a functional, safe, and beautiful space, by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colours, lighting, and materials crafting our famed and signature ambience. 

Susan Payne

A Qualified Chef who has worked within the industry for decades. Having worked for the English Royal family in previous years, her skills consist of crafting unique recipes and designing plate presentations, as well as tailoring menus to suit branding and space. 

Joel Bartosh

An Award-Winning Mixologist, who has travelled the world for companies like De Kuyper and consults for many Bars and restaurants with menu startups, staff training and bar designs.
